1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and OKSBet ("OKSBet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the OKSBet website located at oksbet.net, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service offered by OKSBet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the OKSBet Platform, including registered members and visitors.
OKSBet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2 Eligibility
To register and use OKSBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. OKSBet strictly complies with Philippine law regarding the minimum age for participation in online gambling and casino-style gaming activities.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is lawful at the time of placing bets or accessing gaming services.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of OKSBet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from OKSBet or any affiliated platform.
Age Verification: OKSBet takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is under 21, we will suspend the account and withhold any funds pending verification. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
3 Account Registration and Security
To access OKSBet's betting and gaming services, you must register a member account. The following rules apply to all OKSBet accounts:
- One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one OKSBet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
- Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. OKSBet may require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation.
- Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OKSBet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. OKSBet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Notification of Breach. You must notify OKSBet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
- Account Ownership. OKSBet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
OKSBet supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on OKSBet:
- All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your OKSBet account dashboard.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- OKSBet reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the OKSBet help centre. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method
selected.
- OKSBet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. OKSBet is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
- Funds deposited into your OKSBet account may not earn interest. OKSBet holds member funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Any deposits made in error must be reported to OKSBet support immediately. OKSBet will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.
OKSBet complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. All members are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures.
5 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on OKSBet. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.
- All bets are final once confirmed. OKSBet does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
- OKSBet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account.
- Bets may only be placed using available funds in your OKSBet account. Credit betting is not permitted.
- OKSBet reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet or market at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, OKSBet's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding.
- Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a material event has occurred that affects the outcome, may be voided at OKSBet's discretion.
- OKSBet does not permit any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity may be restricted or closed.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
OKSBet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:
- Bonuses are credited to your OKSBet account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any offer.
- OKSBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- OKSBet may, at its sole discretion, exclude any member from participating in specific promotions.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Philippine-based members only and are subject to eligibility verification.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on OKSBet. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one OKSBet account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Using OKSBet for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the OKSBet Platform, its software, or its systems.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the OKSBet Platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to OKSBet support immediately.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your OKSBet account.
- Engaging in any conduct that OKSBet reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other members or OKSBet staff.
Fraud and Abuse: OKSBet employs advanced fraud detection systems. Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be voided and forfeited. OKSBet reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against individuals engaged in fraud or criminal activity on the Platform.
8 Responsible Gaming
OKSBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all OKSBet members:
- Age Restriction. OKSBet is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform.
- Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their OKSBet account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session Limits. Members may set time limits on their gaming sessions to help manage their play.
- Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from OKSBet may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the member's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the OKSBet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of OKSBet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the OKSBet Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the OKSBet Platform without the prior written consent of OKSBet.
- The OKSBet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of OKSBet. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of OKSBet.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKSBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of goodwill or reputation.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform.
- Any unauthorised access to or use of OKSBet's servers or any personal information stored therein.
OKSBet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OKSBet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude OKSBet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11 Termination and Suspension
OKSBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Failure to pass identity or age verification.
- At OKSBet's sole discretion, for any other reason OKSBet deems appropriate.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may close your OKSBet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the settlement of any pending bets and completion of any applicable withdrawal processing.
12 Privacy and Data Protection
OKSBet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using OKSBet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
OKSBet is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
13 Amendments to These Terms
OKSBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also notify you of significant changes via your registered email address or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of OKSBet following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using OKSBet and may request account closure.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of OKSBet shall first be submitted to OKSBet's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
OKSBet operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Members who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by OKSBet may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
